Marketing Manager Summary The Marketing Manager’s main objective is to achieve result oriented profitable ROI results for all CoMakr’s performance marketing channels. In addition, the Marketing Manager is responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy as well as designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research to support the growth and expansion of CoMakr’s products and brand awareness.  Furthermore, this role will be responsible for managing campaign performance, they will also be key in reporting results, and identifying new digital marketing opportunities for the company as they arise.   Attributes

  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure Responsibilities * Propose strategies and tactical execution of online marketing campaigns to generate a high volume of quality leads
  • Partner with content, social and PR team members to identify and develop effective integrated cross-channel campaigns
  • Manage online marketing SEM/SEO, Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo, etc. and HubSpot
  • Oversee company website and use analytics data to suggest ways to increase presence and capture leads
  • Manage the data collection for report generation as well as create/update weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Analyze reports, develop new/improved ways of reporting on data
  • Create and manage drip campaigns using HubSpot, management of Affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting to stakeholders
  • Design and execute A/B testing to constantly tweak and improve our campaign performance, optimization for key traffic and revenue drivers – including open rate, RFP, conversion, and revenue
  • Oversight and management of the E-Commerce Merchandiser, Digital Marketing Manager and other roles as assigned.
  • Other projects as assigned
  Required Qualifications
  • Proficient knowledge of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years previous marketing experience
  • Previous experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation tools and processes (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or similar tools for site management, SEO and SEMrush
  • Social media lead generation experience (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, blogging, etc.) * Demonstrated experience with Affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Ability and willingness to pass pre-employment background screening

Community Manager   Summary A Social Media Community Manager for CoMakr acts as the liaison between CoMakr and our social audience on a daily basis. A Community Manager serves as the voice, tone, and moderator of our brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and in-person. A Community Manager will serve as a representative of the company and reports to the Director of Public Relations. Responsibilities
  • 2 -3 years relevant experience in social media management and/or social media marketing.
  • Oversee daily community management for clients as scoped, monitoring relevant social media channels to ensure all content is correct, replying to comments and questions within agreed upon timeframe.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, responding to consumers and guests within a brand’s voice during daily community management practices.
  • Execute social media specific contests and promotions to drive daily active users and sales.
  • Develop a social media-friendly voice, channeling brand sentiment to build authentic, relevant, interactive conversations and relationships.
  • Grow social media following via engagement, community management and acquisition tactics, as well as respond to questions and complaints with approved messaging.

Multimedia Content Specialist

Summary The Multimedia Content Specialist is responsible for filming, creating, writing, editing all copy, and on-camera performance or hosting. Projects will include anything from product features to editorial, to marketing and showcasing the brand in all media including pre-recorded video, live streams, and social media collateral. Must coordinate with members of the marketing, public relations, and C-Suite departments. The ideal candidate will be someone with a proven background in content writing and on-camera hosting for e-commerce paired with a strong grasp of video production. All applicants must submit a portfolio/demo reel for this position. Responsibilities
  • Crafts effective messaging that combines emotion and promotion, and successfully meets company objectives.
  • Hosts, or appears in videos, presenting content.
  • Works with other departments to come up with engaging new content ideas that will grow audience base and/or lead to new sales.
  • Works closely with the management team to ensure all copy is in-line with company brand style.
  • Assist in all on-set film productions.
  • Works with the multimedia team to ensure that all projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A degree in journalism, creative writing or related field.
  • 2-4 years writing/editorial and/or video production experience.
  • Ability to develop content for video productions.
  • Must be comfortable speaking and being on camera.
  • Keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work independently and structure your time effectively.
  • Production Savvy: You know how to work within budgetary constraints and have experience working with a variety of team members and vendors to bring ideas to life.
